Darius Brubeck

In November, 2010, Britain was indeed the ‘winter wonderland’ quoted in Darius’ ‘Take Five’ solo; it was snow-bound from Newcastle to Eastbourne , but no gigs were cancelled and the group and audiences enjoyed the celebratory tour leading up to Dave Brubeck’s 90^th birthday on December 6^th. Selections chosen from many concerts are on this cd.

The Darius Brubeck Quartet recorded 2010 at the Hungarian Theatre, Cluj-Napoca, Romania and Darius Brubeck and Mike Rossi duets recorded 2011 at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Durban, South Africa.

 ... original vinyl copies and, later, pirate cd versions sold more and more through the years, sometimes at silly prices.
